The Hoosic Valley Central School District is seeking an enthusiastic educational leader
looking to become our next superintendent of schools.
The Hoosic Valley Board of Education is seeking a community-minded superintendent
with a proven record of success to lead our district. The ideal candidate will be a strong
instructional leader who can mentor and support a new administrative team while
fostering collaboration and growth. As the face of our district, this individual must be an
exceptional communicator, actively engaged in both our schools and our close-knit rural
community.

We are looking for someone who can create meaningful opportunities for students,
broaden academic and extracurricular programs, and maintain fiscal responsibility for
our small, rural district. Above all, the next superintendent will work to build a positive
culture where talented educators and staff choose to work.
Questar III BOCES is assisting the Board of Education with its search process, which is
designed to recruit highly qualified, experienced, and motivated candidates. Our search
process will engage all stakeholder groups in our community.

The Board of Education will offer a competitive salary ranging from $160,000 to
$190,000 with an attractive benefits package based on professional qualifications and a
record of accomplishment.
